Zurich International expands regional footprint

CEO Davis says the Isle of Man-based firm will use Australia as a launching pad for Asia-Pacific expansion.
Zurich International, an offshore wealth management arm of the Swiss-based insurance giant, is looking to expand into four more Asia-Pacific markets. Already authorised in Hong Kong, Bahrain, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, chief executive officer Martin Davis, says the company is looking to expand further, starting in Australia where it will target a growing audience of expatriates and globetrotting company executives.
