White Case has bolstered its China practice, poaching Frederick Chang and Seung Chong from rival firms and appointing both to the partnership.
Chang rises the White Case ranks in the Beijing offices, joining the international firm from King Wood, China's largest law firm. To White Case, the New York native bring over 20 years of experience, which has largely revolved around financing and MA transactions. At King Wood, Chang was a partner in the firm's Beijing offices and also has previous experience from Deutsche Bank in Singapore, where he was an executive director and general counsel for Asia.
