Snow - who served as the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States from February 2003 until June 2006 û was in Hong Kong yesterday on behalf of the private investment firm Cerberus Capital Management. An affable man, he has a unique ability to smile while talking, and has a voice that goes up a pitch at the end of sentences so as to keep you hooked on the topic.
