Two more directors for HSBC

HSBC appoints Charles de Croisset as executive and John Kemp-Welch as non-executive director.

HSBC Holdings plc has appointed Charles de Croisset as an executive director and John Kemp-Welch as a non-executive director.

The appointment of de Croisset follows the acquisition of Credit Commercial de France CCF. He has been with CCF since 1980, most recently as chairman and CEO. Before that, de Croisset was an inspector of finance at theĀ French finance ministry an assistant to the economic adviser to the French president and the chief of staff and assistant to the minister of Industry and Energy.
