Roger Ho and Jiang Ren have joined the Hong Kong practice of Jones Day as associates, in a move described by the law firm as enhancing its cross-border capital markets and MA practices in the Greater China region.
Ho takes on the roll of senior associate of the Hong Kong corporate finance practice and brings fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to Jones Day. He leaves the Hong Kong offices of White Case where he was a senior associate focusing on initial public offerings IPOs, MA and general corporate and commercial transactions.
