Skadden Arps has picked up the services of Dominic Tsun who will join the firm as a partner from the beginning of November. He will become the second partner to join the firm's recently established corporate finance and mergers and acquisition practice. Nick Norris was earlier hired in July 2005.
Tsun shifts to the international law firm from Linklaters in Hong Kong, where he was also a partner and is said to have played a lead role advising on numerous capital market and MA transactions.
