Boer Power Holdings Huang Liang was appointed joint chief financial officer and executive director of the China-based electrical distribution equipment manufacturer on November 9. He joined the company as a financial manager in January 2009 and was promoted to financial controller in September last year. Huang is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a diploma in accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
