AgriNurture The Philippines-based supplier of fresh and processed agricultural food products appointed Byron de Peralta as vice-president of finance during a board of directors meeting on April 20.

Greentown China Holdings The China property developer announced that chief financial officer, company secretary and qualified accountant Jim Lam will resign from all three posts on April 28. Cheng Pik Yuk will take on the role of company secretary on the same day. She is currently a corporate services director of Tricor Services. A replacement CFO and qualified accountant has yet to be named.

Metro Alliance Imelda S. Reyes will be appointed compliance officer and finance manager of the Philippine-based manufacturer of chemicals...
