Nasdaq TIBX, a leading provider of real-time infrastructure software for e-business, continued its global expansion by announcing today the appointment of Michio Segawa as managing director of its Japan operations and Eric Lim as managing director of the South Asia Region, which includes Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore and India.
