Standard Chartered will start providing banking services to institutional digital assets broker, FalconX, under a strategic partnership announced on May 14.
In the initial phase, FalconX will integrate Standard Chartered’s banking infrastructure and have access to the bank’s cross-border settlement rails.
The partnership will evolve towards “beyond banking into additional products and services” targeting institutional investors, including asset managers, hedge funds, token issuers and payment platforms, who are increasingly relative in the digital assets space.
