Skadden relocates real estate specialist to Asia

The law firm is also opening an office in Shanghai this month that will focus on corporate and real estate matters.
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher Flom has appointed Audrey Sokoloff to lead its real estate and investment finance practice in Asia-Pacific.

Sokoloff has been a partner since 1999. She has worked with the firm in New York, London, Los Angeles and San Francisco and is relocating to Tokyo soon.

Skadden's real estate and investment finance practice has been a beneficiary of the real estate development and investment boom in Asia. Alongside SokoloffÆs appointment the international law firm is also opening an office in Shanghai later this month to handle corporate and real estate matters.
