Sinotrans: domestic M&A or overseas expansion?

What challenging questions were you asked during your IPO and how did you respond to them

Zhang Investors questioned whether Sinotrans would be able to sustain its recent growth rates, which have been 19% in revenue terms and 32% in net profit over the past three years. In our presentations we showed that we are the number one in the freight forwarding business, commanding a market share of 10%.
