Singapore joint venture law firm expands

Two new associates have been added to the international capital markets team at Allen & Overy, Shook Lin & Bok.
 

International law firm Allen Overy, Shook Lin Bok, a joint venture law firm in Singapore, has appointed two new associates for its international capital markets team, Hooman Sabeti Rahmati and Quentin Pak.

Rahmati will work closely with Kenneth Abound, who leads the firms securitization practices in Singapore. Prior, Hooman spent four-and-a-half years with Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffes structured finance group in New York and Singapore. He has experience in representing issuers, underwriters, and arrangers on private and public, domestic and cross border asset-backed transactions. Rahmati was a financial analyst before starting his law career.
