Simmons Simmons has hired Dan Marjanovic, a banking partner, from Norton Rose.
He started working in the Hong Kong office last week and joins from Norton Rose in Australia, where he was a partner and head of the domestic banking and finance team.
His experience includes advising banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers on major cross-border financings. He was previously based in Singapore for more than 10 years and will focus on developing Simmons Simmons’ offering to sector clients in Southeast Asia.
