Sidley Austin Brown & Wood expands FDI/M&A in Shanghai

The law firm expands FDI/M&A capabilities in Shanghai with a new partner and three additional lawyers.

Tang Zhengyu, previously a partner and head of the China practice at an international law firm in Beijing and Shanghai, joined the firm's China Practice of 60 lawyers on 25 May 2002. He and his team will focus on foreign direct investment FDI, and mergers and aquisitions MA.

Tang's team includes Margaret Lo an Australian lawyer, Leo Hu a US lawyer and PRC consultant Ling Chen, a PRC lawyer. Admitted in the US and PRC, Tang has LLM and JD degrees and has practised commercial law with leading PRC, U.S. and U.K. firms since 1986.
