Colony Capital's Asia CEO, Grant Kelley, talks about his strategy to win and close deals in a competitive and challenging environment.
Colony Capital was started in 1991 and is majority owned by its founder and chief executive officer Thomas Barrack. The US fund invests in real estate, non-performing loans, distressed assets, and real estate-dependent operating companies around the world. It currently has $28 billion in deal capitalisation worldwide of which around $4.5 billion is dedicated to Asia.
