Energy and infrastructure specialist, Brad Roach leaves Skadden Arps.

White Case has bolstered its regional operations, announcing the appointment of Brad Roach as counsel in the Singapore office. His arrival at the international law firm will strengthen its existing Southeast Asia projects practice, to which he brings over 15 years of experience in advising clients in the energy, infrastructure and project finance industry throughout Asia and the Middle East.

Roach joins White Case from Skadden Arps, where he was counsel in its energy project finance and development group in Singapore. His focus is on advising developers of infrastructure projects and oil and gas exploration and production companies, with an emphasis on the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
