Renaissance Capital , an emerging markets investment bank that is part of Russia's Renaissance Group, has hired two regionally based analysts with extensive sector experience as it continues to build its Asia equity research team.

Brad Way has come on board as an oil and gas analyst. Based in Beijing, his coverage includes the large-cap oil sector in mainland China, as well as regional exploration and production. Way joins from BNP Paribas in Beijing, where he was an associate director and head of Asia energy research.
