Rabobank expands its securities finance business in Asia

The Dutch bank poaches Christopher Johnson from HSBC to lead the new team.
Rabobank International is expanding its securities finance business in Asia by hiring experienced banker Christopher Johnson from HSBC, where he was most recently head of Asia equity finance. Taking up a role as head of securities finance for Asia at Rabobank, Johnson will help the Dutch bank build a team in the region.

Johnson, who assumed his new position in March, is based in Hong Kong and responsible for handling the bankÆs clients throughout Asia.
