SH Lee, formerly head of UBS Warburg's research team in South Korea, has been appointed to head JP Morgan's equity research arm in the Republic. He has also been named as co-head of Korean equities and his main role will be to develop the broader strategy of the bank's equity business in the Korean market.
Meanwhile, Sriyan Pietersz will head the bank's Thai, Indonesian and Philippines equity research products.
