Orrick brings in co-head for Asian ABS team

Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe boosts its Asian securitization group as Howard Goldwasser moves to its Tokyo office.

International law firm Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe has announced that Howard Goldwasser, a partner in the New York structured finance group, is to move to Tokyo to co-lead the firm's Asian securitization practice alongside Christopher Lewis.

Orrick, who has worked in Orrick's New York office for more than eight years, will be responsible for the team's non-Japan securitization business. In this capacity he will be working with Helen Yeo, a partner in the Singapore office.
