Nick Sims, the former managing director of Wayfoong Shipping Services, HSBC's ship finance arm, has been appointed the next chief financial officer of Orient Overseas International Ltd OOIL. He will take over from Harry Wilkinson who retires at the end of October.
Hong Kong-listed OOIL is involved in container transportation and the company is controlled by the Tung family, of which Hong Kong Chief Executive Tung Chee-Hwa is a member.
