O'Melveny and Myers recruits new Hong Kong partner

O''Melveny & Myers adds to its greater China team with the appointment of Patrick Hardy as lateral partner.

International law firm O'Melveny Myers has added to its Hong Kong practice with the recruitment of lateral partner, Patrick Hardy. He joins the firm from Coudert Brothers where he specialized in MA, corporate finance and private equity funding.

Hardy has practiced in Hong Kong since 1988 and has advised corporations on various issues including restructuring, underwriting bond deals and GEM listings. The Hong Kong Airport Authority is one of the companies Hardy has represented in the role of corporate counsel.
