New Managing Director for Barclays Capital in Toyko

Morgan has most recently been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as Head of Fixed Income Sales for Asia, but was previously with BZW Securities in London and prior to that, Barclays bank in both Toyko and Sydney.
