Scott Jalowayski is rejoining Morrison Foerster as a partner in the corporate group in its Singapore office.
Jalowayski arrives from Gibson, Dunn Crutcher with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on complex international private equity and MA transactions, and has practiced in New York, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.
