Lovells has promoted 12 new lawyers to the partnership globally, with three the magic number in Asia.
In Hong Kong, the firm welcomes Prisca Lo to the partnership. Lo is a member of Lovells' international finance practice in Hong Kong and upon ascending to the role will continue to specialise in structured finance, including tax-driven structured and securitisation, and acquisition finance.
Across the border, Lovells' Beijing practice will welcome Andrew McGinty as partner. He will continue focusing his expertise on corporate and commercial, MA and foreign direct investment in China specialising on TMT, competition and real estate matters.
