Linklaters as announced the addition of a further US partner to its Tokyo office. David Deck joins the firm from Shearman Sterling Tokyo where he was managing partner for five years.
His expertise lies in structured finance including leveraged lease financings, securitization, project financing, cross border MA, venture capital and private equity transactions, principally in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. His arrival brings the total number of partners at Linklaters Tokyo to six, of whom two practise US law.
