Leahy heads across to Deutsche

Appointed head of Asian syndicate in Singapore.

Mark Leahy will depart UBS after being lured to the Singapore office of European rival Deutsche Bank. He will move to Deutsche as director, head of syndicate Asia global markets and report globally to Zia Huque, managing director and head of European and Asia-Pacific syndicate and regionally to Loh Boon Chye, managing director and head of global markets Asia.

Upon taking the new position, Leahy replaces Neil Shuttleworth, who carries his Asian credit markets experience to Deutsche's emerging markets syndicate group in London.
