Kruger shifts to Linklaters

Law firm appoints a pan-Asian partner covering securitization, NPL''s and property and tax based financings.

Linklaters has made a key move in bolstering its regional securitisation practice by bringing Paul Kruger to its Tokyo offices from rival firm Clifford Chance. Joining Linklaters’ Tokyo practice, Kruger comes to the firm as partner and will continue to focus on international securitisation, non-performing loans acquisitions, and property and tax-based financings.

In his new role, Kruger will manage a pan-Asian practice, which principally covers markets in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Singapore.
