HSBC names new Singapore transaction head

Rohit Joshi relocates from Hong Kong as HSBC’s new head of global payments and cash management for Singapore.

HSBC has appointed Rohit Joshi as its new head of global payments and cash management for Singapore. He replaces Iain Taylor who has taken on a new role as global head of marketing for the global transaction banking business at HSBC. Joshi relocates to Singapore for his new role from Hong Kong where he has been senior manager for commercial banking for three years, leading a team to develop the bank’s strategy and franchise in the region.

In his new role, Joshi will be responsible for continuing to expand HSBC’s franchise in the country and will also drive the execution of the bank’s accelerated investment across the region....
