HSBC Asset Management has added four new investment professionals to its Asia ex-Japan equities team, headed by CIO Ayaz Ebrahim.
Joining with responsibility for managing Asian equities portfolios are Kerry Series and Mijung Kang. Series joins after seven years at Perennial, a specialist fund management company he founded in Australia. Prior to that he worked with Barings in Australia.
Kang previously worked at AXA Rosenberg where she managed the Asian equity portfolio with a specialist role in covering the Korean and Australian equity markets.
