HSBC has appointed Alexi Chan to be its head of debt capital markets for Asia Pacific, according to an internal memo seen by FinanceAsia.
He succeeds Stephen Williams, who was appointed head of capital financing for Asia Pacific last month, as part of a reorganisation that resulted in the creation of a new capital financing unit.
