Law firm Clifford Chance has named a new partner for its Hong Kong litigation team.
International law firm Clifford Chance has named a new partner in the litigation and dispute resolution practice for Hong Kong.

Martin Rogers has accepted the firms offer as a new litigation partner in Asia. Rogers is currently a litigation partner with Herbert Smith in Hong Kong will begin his office at Clifford Chance on February 1, 2002 following a period of leave. He will focus on the contentious regulatory and insolvency side of the practice.

Martins areas of practice, after 11 years in Hong Kong, are complementary to other partners in the practice, said Denis Brock, the law firms head of litigation and dispute resolution in Asia. ...
