International broad-based law firm, Herbert Smith has appointed Bina Cunningham as senior consultant in the intellectual property IP and telecommunications, media and technology TMT team of its Hong Kong office.
Cunningham has over 10 years of experience in devising and implementing global IP and internet strategies for clients. Prior to this, she worked as head of the Asia IPIT, media and sports practice at Denton Wilde Sapte's Hong Kong office since 1999. In addition, Cunningham was a partner at Willoughby Partners in London before.
