Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer adds three partners for Asia

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer elects three new partners to its Asian offices.

Patrick Swain, Jeremy Jennings-Mares and Joseph Sevack will join the ranks of partners at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1 May 2001, bringing the firm's number of partners to 40 in Asia.

Swain specializes in dispute resolution and joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 1989. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Jennings-Mares, who specializes in finance, joined the firm in 1991 and will be based in Bangkok.

Sevack, a specialist in US securities, joined the firm in January 2000 and is based in Hong Kong.
