Norton Rose has hired Freeman Chan as a partner in the firm's corporate finance department. Chan comes to the international law firm from Koo Partners where he was a partner working on Hong Kong and China corporate finance transactions. At Norton Rose he will again concentrate on Hong kong and China deals.
