Doran launches a new Asian property fund

Private placement raises $200 million.

Doran Capital Partners has launched its Triseas Asia Property Fund via a $200 million private placement. The fund will be weighted 80% towards real estate investments in Korea, China and Hong Kong.

The remaining 20% will be invested in Southeast Asia property-related assets located in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Doran Capital Partners, which is based in Seoul, South Korea, is a privately owned real estate investment management company. The firm was founded in 2002 by its chairman, Pietro Doran.
