The equity capital markets saw a total of $3.7 billion raised from 16 issues this week. Goldman Sachs continues to top the league table rankings with $16.2 billion, followed by Morgan Stanley on $15.3 billion and UBS with $14.4 billion.
Sinotrans ShippingÆs $1.5 billion IPO was the largest issue of the week and led by Bank of China and UBS. Sinotruk Hong Kong raised $1.2 billion in its IPO via bookrunners China International Capital Corp and JPMorgan. The US investment house moved up a notch in the rankings to sit in fourth place with $11.7 billion.
