On September 13, Chinese issuer Meituan Dianping completed a $4.2bn IPO via consortium of 13 bookrunners in what is the largest Asia ex Japan ECM transaction this week.

Asia ex Japan TMT ECM volume reached its highest level on record with $58.4bn via 228 deals in 2018 YTD since 2012, increasing 105% than 2017 YTD with $28.4bn via 328 deals.
