Asia ex Japan ECM volume stands at $1.6bn via 22 deals so far this week compared to the $2.7bn via 23 deals completed in the previous week.

Indian issuer Coal India completed a $714m follow-on via Axis, ICICI, JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra, and State Bank of India in what is the largest Asia ex Japan ECM transaction this week.

Asia ex Japan Mining ECM volume stands at $1.9bn via 16 deals in 2018 YTD, down from $8.1bn via 34 deals in the same 2017 period and the second lowest YTD volume since 2013 $1.0bn.
