CrTdit Agricole Indosuez Merchant Bank Asia Ltd CAIMBAL has appointed HK Liau as its new head of corporate finance. He has also been named managing director for origination and placement of primary equities in Indosuez W I Carr Securities.
Liau's priority will be to drive the new corporate finance division of the company in Singapore, targetting government and large corporations. He will focus on MA and equity capital markets advisory services, as well as the primary issuance of equities through IWICS.
