Credit Agricole AM goes green

The French firm will distribute the Green Planet fund through six retail partners on the back of an increased awareness of SRI investing in Asia.
Credit Agricole Asset Management has extended the distribution of its socially responsible investment SRI business to the Hong Kong retail space. The CAAM Hong Kong Green Planet Fund, based on a portfolio that has so far only been available on the American International InsuranceJF Asset Management MPF platform, will be marketed through Bank of China Group, Bank of East Asia, Dah Sing, Fubon and Sun Hung Kai Financial.

Benchmarked against the MSCI World Index, the fund is advised by Integral Development Asset Management Ideam, a subsidiary of Credit Agricole solely dedicated to SRI investments.
