Shashwat Tewary has joined law firm Cooley this month as a capital markets partner based in the firm’s Singapore office.
Tewary pictured has experience advising clients across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, aviation, real estate and infrastructure, according to a media release he is joining from Sidley Austin, where he was counsel, also based in Singapore since September 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile prior to that he worked at Clifford Chance as a senior associate, also in the Lion City.
