Citi has hired Mylene A Caparas as head of global transaction services GTS in the Philippines, effective March 21, where she will be responsible for leading Citi’s GTS franchise. Citi declined to comment on the matter.
Caparas has 25 years of banking experience including roles in global transaction services, corporate and commercial banking, coverage and credit. Most recently she was head of corporate banking coverage and global transaction banking for Deutsche Bank’s Manila branch. Prior to her role at Deutsche Bank, she held various positions with Credit Lyonnais-Manila, Citytrust Banking Corporation, a former Citi affiliate, and Union Bank of the Philippines.
