Citi offers mobile solution in Asia, expands availability of eBam

CitiDirect BE Mobile updates users with notifications and allows them to authorise payments through their mobile phones.

Citi global transaction services has released its CitiDirect BE Mobile solution to clients in Asia-Pacific. The mobile-based application updates users with notifications and allows them to authorise payments through their mobile phones. The solution was launched in October this year and has now been made available in 24 countries worldwide, including five in Asia-Pacific Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Citi is planning to roll out the availability of CitiDirect BE Mobile eventually to more than 100 countries.
