One of Citibank's best power bankers is moving back to New York. Joe Casson has spent the last seven years in Asia as the bank's senior energy and power transactor within the project and structured trade finance group. During his time in Asia, Casson has focused mainly on Thailand, where he has led a number of key deals. These include Tri Energy, Bowin Thailand, Ratchaburi and Star Refinery.
