Chong Jin Leow departs State Street to head BoNY's investor services business in Asia.
Signalling the ongoing expansion of its Asia-Pacific investor servicing business, the Bank of New York has made a high profile hire in its Singapore offices. Chong Jin Leow, formally of State Street, will join the bank as in the newly created role of managing director and head of investor services in Asia.

From the bankÆs Singapore offices, Leow will assume responsibility for managing its newly created investor services business for the region, which will include a focus on business lines such as custody, fund accounting and securities lending.
