Barclays adds two to global trade and working capital team

Barclays has appointed Ray Zabarte as global head of trade and working capital product management, and Adrian Ow as head of risk-weighted asset RWA optimisation, trade and working capital. Both positions are within the bank’s expanding trade and working capital team.

Zabarte joins Barclays from Standard Chartered where he was most recently global head of receivables and local corporate product management. During his time at Standard Chartered, Zabarte also held roles covering trade product development, documentary trade and supply chain finance as well as payments and collections in the cash management business.
