ABN AMRO poaches five FIG bankers

Dutch bank announces major boost to financial institutions team.

ABN AMRO's Asian financial institution team has poached four bankers from FIG specialist Fox-Pitt Kelton. Leading the team is Simon Wood, who was formerly director, corporate finance and head of equity capital markets at FPK. At ABN he will take up a newly created role in Hong Kong as an executive director.

Three of his team mates will also take up new roles at the Dutch bank. Peter Goulston has been appointed as a director, Shengyan Fan will be a senior associate and Jay Parmanand an analyst.
